The past few of days have been a roller coaster ride. I did not fall in love... Almost did, but unfortunately, it did not fall through...
REASON: It was not meant to be...
I met Lyanne in the chatroom a few days ago... The whole thing was wrong from the very beginning, come to think of it... We already were wrong for each other from the moment I received my first text message from her.
But I guess boredom would make you settle for anything less than you expected or wanted. We still texted each other, simply because there's no one else to text, or talk to... It turned out, in some way, there were things that the two of have in common... We were sweet to each other that she even called me 'dadz'. We decided to meet the next day...
Long story short, she was not that much into me, looks wise. Being dumped several times in my life already, I would know... She's not different with the other people who's turned me down... Yes, she looked nice and hot... and I looked like a drab... No effort from my part... But I believe that anyone who would like me when I looked my worst, likes me sincerely... I knew that she didn't but I turned a blind eye hoping that what I had to offer was enough to woe her into liking me...
It was stupid, and I know that... So yesterday I texted her about my status... THis is how the text conversation went...
Me: ilan ang nanliligaw sayo, o kaya yung nagpaparamdam?
Lyanne: 4
Me: kasama na ako dyan?
Lyanne: Nop
Me: Ang dami! So kung irank mo kami, pang-ilan ako?
Lyanne: Di ko masasabi, lahat kayo nasa getting to know each other stage pa lang...
Me: Okay, so pag nag-exert ba ako ng effort para ligawan ka, may pag-asa ba ako?
Lyanne: You don't have to just be yourself.
Me: Now that's my problem with you di ko nafifeel na you want to get to know me better.
Lyanne: That's up to you. Kung gusto mo friends muna tayo.
Me: Wow! Salamat!
Me: No offense meant, but I deserve better. I sincerely hope na mahanap dun sa 4 yung taong magmamahal sayo ng totoo.
Lyanne: if you're not going to say anything nice to me, then spare me!
Me: Im just being realistic, but ako pag nagmahal ako binibigay ko ang lahat... Now, kung hindi kayang suklian ng taong mahal ko yung mga iaalay ko, then she does not deserve my love...

ENTRY 42: COMMUTING HORROR STORIES
I've been a commuter since 6th grade, and there've been a few instances that I have shown my horns and tail. I am a nice guy in general, but then if provoked, I could be the long lost son of Lucifer himself. I'm tactless and brutally frank... I've made enemies back in the old days because I can't seem to take away the habit of keeping my mouth shut... But that's a whole different story...
Today, I'm going to talk about my commuting horror stories...
STORY 1: I WAS TIPSY
So I was about to go home from a team-building (more like inuman party) in Makati. I rode the shuttle back to Parañaque and then there were these 2 pacoño girls who were in front of me... So the discussion goes like this (it was 2 years ago, so forgive me this is not accurate)...
Girl 1: I don't like sa Jollibee, kasi nakakasawa na food dun...
Girl 2: And I don't like the crowd noh. And di naman ako gutom eh...
Girl 1: Yeah, sa Starbucks na lang tayo... at least masarap pa pastries dun...
Girl 2: Right, and kahit bread land kainin naten, we always get full..
(this conversation went on for like 5 minutes... it did not make sense... so finally...)
Me: Kaya kayo tumataba eh...
(then there was like 30 seconds of silence...)
Girl 1: EXCUSE ME?!
Me: I'm s-s-so s-s-sorry miss, I'm drunk...
That's all I said, I don't remember if the girl slapped me, but I know the hour and a half long trip home was very uncomfortable... They stopped talking about food, but did not stop talking about my rudeness... Even the lady beside me was eyeing me cruelly... I think they all wanted throw me out of the van.
STORY 2: WHY I DON'T SLEEP IN BUSES ANYMORE
It's a habit of mine, since I take a bus ride going home, that I sleep for the greater part of it... And then there was this one time that I was really tired, I walked from the office to Megamall to the bus terminal (it was a long walk!!!), and I fell asleep... Moments later, I heard the ticket inspector saying "saan ang ticket ng boyfriend mo?" Then I felt my head being shrugged off by someone. Apparently, I slept on the shoulder of some guy that I didn't know... THat was embarrasing, (good thing I did not drool or something)... People were laughing... He did not notice also, cause I think he was asleep too...
STORY 3: UNLUCKY WITH TAXI
I think that there's a conspiracy against me sometimes... I'm already late, but then on my way to work, every stoplight that we pass, when we're almost at the edge of the road or street, the light turns red... As in EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! And then this dumbass driver has to take a different route going to EDSA... So instead of from Baclaran, we had to go to Buendia, then to some backalleys, leading to Magallanes then EDSA... My bill was already a hundred bucks and I'm not in the Makati Business District yet... I got off Ayala and took the MRT going to Ortigas... I just got out of the cab and threw away a hundred bucks... The sad part was, it was not even traffic in EDSA!!!

You know that in buses, there are seats that can accomodate 3 people and on the other side, can sit 2... So there was this one night, I was on my way to work and I sat on the 2 seater side. Along came this couple who didn't have anymore place to sit on because the bus was already almost full. The woman sat beside me, and the guy tried to sit on the other side. I don't know, but there are really these insensitive people who don't really budge so that others can take their seat (I also do that, but then again that's only if ugly people are trying to sit beside me... or people who smell like sweat)... So this guy got irritated with the woman because she wasn't moving, and said... "ANG TABA MO KASI EH!" I found that really hilarious, and I laughed. So the couple got off, leaving me to face the wrath of the immovable object... Yeah, I think I heard her chanting something in her native witch tongue... But that was uber-creepy... I wasn't able to look at her after that...

ENTRY 41: IN THE COMPANY OF GREATNESS
Nope, I did not meet the Dalai Lama or the President of South Africa, or the Pope. Never met them, don't think I will ever do. The past couple of days, I've joined the seminar of the Human Resources department of the company that I'm currently working for. And it was attended by the supervisors of other accounts. It was a great seminar. I learned a lot and, and had a lot of fun while doing so.
To be honest, the company I'm working for is not perfect. I believe it's far from half to even becoming perfect. But the thing is, a lot of people are staying in the company for a long time. I for one am with the company for more than 2 years already. And I thought I was a dying breed in the company. Lo and behold, in our RCBC site, there were like other people who, like me had a 3-digit id number. There was even one who has a 2 digit id number. Of course, all of them have high positions already... (I'd like to say "us" but my title is not official yet)...
I remember now the reason why I liked it here... People, more specifically the supervisors and team leads are a happy... They (or rather we) have this happy disposition in life which affects everyone else... Their optimism are contagious. That is why alot of agents are staying with the company. Because no matter what the pressure is given to agents, at the end of the day, whether you make a sale or not, our team leaders are still content with what the agents are giving... They still joke around, and considers agents as friends and not slaves... That's the culture here in the company that I'm working for.

ENTRY 40: UNTITLED
Damn, my whole weekend was about sleeping... Counting Monday and Sunday, I slept a total of 15 hours... interrupted of course... but I snoozed like Sleeping Beauty (I'm thinking of the guy who slept for like 20 years, forgot his name though.. so sorry about the analogy)... Anyway, I have this MAJOR hangover right now... because of oversleeping and not being drunk... I've been sober for like a week now... Not as if I'm a drunk or anything like that... This is what I feel when I sleep for a long time...

So last weekend was sort of exciting for the program... We chose 2 new Team Leaders for the program... Well, they deserve it... We chose these 2 people because we feel that they will be effective on the floor, as well as we all know that these 2 reps are going to be really dedicated on their jobs... I wish the both of them good luck...

Oh yeah, kudos to my program, they've been performing the last 3 days... Looks like come payday, I'd be broke once more... Sigh...

YOu know one thing that I would really like to do, is update you about my lovelife... Unfortunately, there is none... It's getting me depressed, as we're already into the rainy season... And these days usually are the peak of my desire-to-be-loved phases... And no, the love of my parents are not counted!!!

Oh yeah, I saw the movie Story of Us this morning... And i hate to say it, but it almost made me cry... ALMOST... This is the reason why I don't like to watch chick flicks... It's slowly turning me into one... The bad thing about it is that I cannot relate... Why am I being so emotional on stupid things like that, when I don't even like anything about it... Fuck!!! But the movie is beautiful... It's so not cheesy... Maybe these films are my guide to becoming a better husband or boyfriend or whatever... Or maybe I should play a little more of Resident Evil or Silent Hill... I think I need to put more testosterone in my body every now and then...

If the guy ever decides to become the country's John Stewart, he would be popular... I do hope though that what he was writing was his original ideas, I would hate to think that those brilliant heckling are just plagiarized from other genius' minds... that would be disappointing.

ENTRY 36: PROMOTION
I don't know what to feel right now... I'm excited... I'm happy... but at the same time, I'm a nervous wreck... There's something I can't really explain that I'm feeling... It's more than just butterflies in my stomach... I guess this is how you feel when you get promoted... After more than two years of working for ICT, I am promoted to Supervisor for our account...
I've been Associate Supervisor for the program for 6 months, and the reason for my promotion is that my boss, Ms. Teena, is getting married. She was the Supervisor for our campaign for almost 3 years, starting up the program when it came to the company. She's leaving the country to be with her beau, and to live life there as one half of a happily married couple. Of course I'm happy for her, she deserves to live that kind of life... She's been single for like a long time... I don't think that she's going to let work stand in the way of her happiness... I don't think that anyone would let that happen...
So anyway, back to me... I'm putting too much pressure on this thing... I feel I deserve this position as I've worked my ass off ever since I got my first promotion... But then again, there's this feeling that I am still a greenhorn at all this leadership stuff... Two years of leading a team of 10-20 agents may not be enough experience in leading a group of 80...
I'm strong... And I'm smart... and I'm not alone... I guess, that's just all I need to tell myself now... I have a great roster of team leaders at my disposal... They will help me out...

ENTRY 34: NANUOD AKO NG SUKOB
Hindi ko ineexpect na mag-eenjoy ako sa pelikulang ito... Oo napanuod ko ang Feng shui nuong isang taon at nagustuhan ko yung pelikula... Pero ito, parang mas maganda siya... At least masasabi ko na hindi siya Purefoods Chunkee the movie... walang endorsement sa kahit anong parte ng pelikula ang naganap... at dahil dyan masaya ako...
Hindi ako mahilig manuod ng pelikulang pilipino sa kadahilanang madalas ang mga ito ay corny o kopya lang mula sa banyagang mga kwento... Pihikan ako sa mga pinapanuod ko... at kadalasan nakakapanuod lang ako ng tagalog kapag may film festival pag Disyembre, pero hindi rin yun ganun kadalas...
Ang kinatutuwa ko dito sa pelikulang ito eh, may natututunan ako na bagong mga pamahiin, kagaya ng, hindi pala maaaring ikasal ang magkapatid sa loob ng isang taon... Malas... Mabuti na lang wala akong kapatid... Di rin ata ako ikakasal...feeling ko lang... o kung mangyayari man yun, eh medyo matagal-tagal pa... Anyway, lumalayo na ako sa topic... yun nga, malas daw ang sukob sa patay at sukob sa kasal... sinusumpa kung sino man yung sumusuway doon... Kaya kung sinu-sino ang namatay at nawala sa pamilya ni Kris Aquino at Claudine Barretto.

ENTRY 33: RANDOM TYPED WORDS
It's around 2 o'clock in the morning here in Manila and my shift will start in less than three hours. I'm just passing time, and I don't have anything really intelligent to say... I would like to try and be funny this time, but Im dumbed down by my lack of sleep...
*SPOILER FOR SEASON 5 OF 24*
So for the past few days I've been watching the last season of 24... Damn President of America is a friggin' terrorist. It wasn't obvious at first, but it was how the story went... that was great... I thought first that it was the vice-president who's been masterminding the terrorist attack on Jack Bauer's fifth sleepless day...
Seriously, this show, although I haven't seen the past 2 seasons, still was very good. I didn't need to watch all previous days because everything was summarized everyday... What I'm disappointed at is the death of Michelle Dresler and Tony Almeida... Oh well, I think they would want to have a clean slate for this show next season... It seems that Jack's next adventure will bring him to China...

On other notes, I just got back from being sick the other day... Fever due to stress and I guess my lack of decent sleep... I'd like that actually, 'cause I lose weight everytime I get sick... I haven't weighed myself lately, but I think I've lost a couple of pounds since I haven't been eating much...

This week also, I bought a new perfume... Aqua di Gio by Armani... Bought it from a friend... It was a real bargain actually... I bought it for like almost half the price... It was a gift for him, but I think he needs cash more so he sold me the bottle... 2.5k 2 gives... I guess I was lucky... But damn, 2 perfumes in one month... My goal is to buy only one per quarter... I guess that means that I'll have to buy something else next quarter...

I'm mostly happy this week... not much happened, but the good stuff outweighed the bad... I was satisfied with my comic book purchases for the week... they were all good... specially Civil War... The return of Thor!!! A lot of good comic books are coming out from Marvel these past few months... I'm glad I stuck with this company rather than the Distinguished Competition... Ah just like people are saying, Marvel heroes are more relatable...
Looking forward to my one day weekend... Hopefully though that I will have plenty of nap time this weekend... Wish me luck... Woosahhh!!!

ENTRY 32: LADY IN THE WATER
This is a dumb movie... I never thought that there would be a worse film than Superman Returns this year... I didn't like it... I didn't think that the movie made a point or had a relevant story... I understood it, but I did not appreciate it... Maybe that's why there was no big star that was attached to this film... It was ridiculous... M. Night Shyamalan's lost his touch... He's 3 against 2 right now... 3 crappy films compared to 2 okay films... Maybe he should just stick with kids seeing dead people and aliens...
I watched it only a few hours ago, and I don't remember the plot of the film anymore.. I think it was about a narf who's supposed to be a queen or something, but that will only happen if she gets taken by a giant eagle... But there are forces so evil that prevents that from happening... Only her guardian, guild, translator and healer can help her be free... We just don't know who they are yet...
This film... I call it the spot-the-microphone-film... I think that I saw a microphone above the actors' heads more than 15 times during the entire movie... to put emphasis MORE THAN 15 TIMES!!! That's just a bad job of editing... It was unworthy of my hundred plus pesos... Should have just bought something more valuable... It's crap.

ENTRY 31: PIRATES OF THE CARRIBBEAN 2
This movie Im not sure what to say... It's definitely better than the crapfest that was Superman Returns... I'm being harsh on that movie because it was really disappointing... Anyway, Im here to talk about Jack Sparrow and crew, on their second voyage to the silver screen...
I saw this movie last Saturday with a couple of friends (read my previous post to learn more...)... what can I say, I knew what to expect (thank you Lester Santos for giving away the ending)... someone prominent in the film was going to die... and it was just a taste of what's to come for the ending next year... but Im not going to talk about that... this blog entry here is about those damn pirates...
Im not sure what the timeline of this story falls on, but in the film, Will and Elizabeth were imprisoned for crimes of aiding a known pirate... So now to bargain for their freedom, Will must find Jack and get his magical(?) compass... You know the usual whereever Jack goes, trouble immediately follows... Apparently, Jack sold his soul to pirate Davey Jones, and the time finally came for him to pay up... Of course being the hero in the film, Jack wouldn't allow that to happen... So now, he must trek the vast oceans to find the Dead Man's Chest for whoever gets hold of what's inside it will have full control of the entire ocean...
I didn't think that the premise of this film could be summarized into that paragraph considering that the movie was too long... I didn't have a problem with the length of the story, it's just I feel that there have been some scenes that was placed there that don't necessarily advance the story... That's how I feel about it... But it was funny... I can tell you that... Johnny Depp was amazing here as he was on the first film... It's crazy... I love it... Critics say, he was the saving grace of the film... Actually that is true. I don't disagree with that statement... Some of the most memorable scenes in the film involved him... Too bad though he had to die in the end... Ooops... sorry for the spoiler... (Im just being bitter)...
Anyway the ending was a shocker... and it's something that makes you want to fast forward time to the same period next year to be able to watch part 3 of this film... and spider-man3... That would kick ass!!!

ENTRY 30: THE WEEKEND
My my - time went by so fast I didn't even feel that the weekend went by... I guess one reason for that was that I didn't have a weekend to enjoy... We had a six-day work week, and although I was absent last Saturday morning I still was restless...
Friday 9:00pm - I woke up felt dizzy, I think I was having high blood pressure that night... decided not to come to work... too tired and burned out (correct my english if it was wrong)... Wasn't sleepy so I watched "Shall We Dance" on cable... (Remembered why it was my favorite movie of recent time... hopefully my copy will be returned by my co-worker)... Anyway, wasn't able to sleep well because I wasn't sleepy.
Saturday 3:00am - I think that's the time my eyes finally became heavy...
Saturday 7:30am - Woke up abruptly because Francis (the same guy who didn't return my copy of Shall We Dance) called to ask if we have salary already (YES, our salary came in on a Saturday!!!)... I think I snoozed for like 30 minutes after that...
Saturday 9:00 am - Finally gave trying to sleep... watched episodes of the new season of CSI: Las Vegas on DVD... Went back to my room after 9 episodes to try to get some more sleep by reading comic books...
Saturday 5:30pm - was asked to go out and watch a movie in Greenbelt by same guy who did not return my copy of Shall We Dance... hung out for awhile and waited for his girlfriend to join us... Killed time outside a coffee shop because next start time was later in the evening... Sorry, I just have to grope because we met at 6:30 only to find out that the film will start at 9:50... I think blood pressure rose again because of the coffee...
Saturday : 9:50pm - watched Pirates of the Carribbean... It was a LONG movie...
Sunday 1:00 am - came to work... was late for about an hour... was also informed that my campaign was without a leader for 3 minutes... anyway back to business as usual... people missed me... hehehe...
Sunday 9:00am - end of shift... but stayed at work to finish reports and stuff...
Sunday 10:30am - finally decided to go home...
Sunday 11:30am - got home but did not rest... bought some vcd's (Munich, Saving Private Ryan, Eight Below and one more movie)... watched the rest of the season of CSI...
Sunday 7:30pm - although I was sleepless, was convinced to join some high school classmates in Starbucks in SM Sucat... tried to stay awake... but gave up 10pm...
Sunday 10:00pm - Finally, after more than 36 hours decided to go to sleep...
I was supposed to go to a doctor today to have a check-up to see if Im dying of cholesterol build-up... but did not go because I wanted to sleep... I watched Munich and Eight Below... did not really understand the first film because I was busy thinking of things... that did not matter...
Friday 9:00pm - I woke up felt dizzy, I think I was having high blood pressure that night... decided not to come to work... too tired and burned out (correct my english if it was wrong)... Wasn't sleepy so I watched "Shall We Dance" on cable... (Remembered why it was my favorite movie of recent time... hopefully my copy will be returned by my co-worker)... Anyway, wasn't able to sleep well because I wasn't sleepy.
Saturday 3:00am - I think that's the time my eyes finally became heavy...
Saturday 7:30am - Woke up abruptly because Francis (the same guy who didn't return my copy of Shall We Dance) called to ask if we have salary already (YES, our salary came in on a Saturday!!!)... I think I snoozed for like 30 minutes after that...
Saturday 9:00 am - Finally gave trying to sleep... watched episodes of the new season of CSI: Las Vegas on DVD... Went back to my room after 9 episodes to try to get some more sleep by reading comic books...
Saturday 5:30pm - was asked to go out and watch a movie in Greenbelt by same guy who did not return my copy of Shall We Dance... hung out for awhile and waited for his girlfriend to join us... Killed time outside a coffee shop because next start time was later in the evening... Sorry, I just have to grope because we met at 6:30 only to find out that the film will start at 9:50... I think blood pressure rose again because of the coffee...
Saturday : 9:50pm - watched Pirates of the Carribbean... It was a LONG movie...
Sunday 1:00 am - came to work... was late for about an hour... was also informed that my campaign was without a leader for 3 minutes... anyway back to business as usual... people missed me... hehehe...
Sunday 9:00am - end of shift... but stayed at work to finish reports and stuff...

ENTRY 29: PAGOD
Kakatapos ko lang na kausapin yung mga kliyente namin sa opisina at eto, nangangarag ako... Di naman ako nasabon pero wala kasi akong katulong na magbantay sa programa ko... Di ako pinasukan ng dalawang TL ko sa shift namin... (Hinala ko may sabwatan laban sakin dito...) Kung meron mang Carlson na nakakabasa nito, sabihin niyo sakin kung may nalalaman kayo... hahaha...
Ang hirap magpatakbo ng isang programa kapag wala ka talagang karamay... eto na lang magsulat ng blog sa tagalog dinudugo na ako... Mabuti na lang English-only ang policy sa floor. Kahit hindi ko sinusunod...
Ngayong buwan ng Hulyo e buong buwan kami mag-oovertime, at bilang pinuno ng programa namin, hindi ako pinapayagang lumiban sa trabaho... wala na nga akong buhay maliban sa opisina, tatanggalan pa ako ng pahinga... kawawa naman ako.... nagmumukha na nga akong matanda eh...
Hayy... kailan kaya darating yung unang milyon ko? Kapag nangyari yun, sigurado magbibitiw talaga ako sa posisyon ko...
Ang hirap magtagalog... ayoko na... tatapusin ko na itong kalokohan na ito...

ENTRY 28: WE WRITE TO EXPRESS NOT TO IMPRESS
This has got to be one of the best advice (or is it advise?) that was given to me this weekend... I shouldn't be comparing my blog with others... Im different, and there are no two minds that ever think the same... thank you aajao and raven... I should be posting this on my comment , but I'd rather put it here so that I can add one more entry for the year...
I've been trying hard to impress people with my blogs, that most of them aren't really heartfelt anymore (can't help being cheesy... that's who I am)... Anyway, then my last entry came in, and people's comments poured (just 2), and I realized I shouldn't be comparing my works with others... it's wrong... and it just shows how much of a brat I am... which normally I am not...
But thank you for your opinions guys... I learn a lot from them... Keep them coming.

ENTRY 27: GENERAL OBSERVATION OF THE BLOG UNIVERSE
I've been blogging for more than 8 months already, and I've been reading other people's opininions longer... and comparing theirs with mine, I can only say one thing... I AM A VERY SHALLOW GUY...
There have been a lot of blogs that I've seen that are so politically charged and nationally motivated that their entries alone make you want to do something to promote change... While mine is about comic books, perfumes and the occassional bitching about my having no love life... How pathetic is that?! They write about real important stuff... I write about myself... and nobody seems to be interested... at least I'm seeing that a lot of people are snooping around my humble little site... That gets me inspired to write a little...
Funny thing though, I noticed that funny sites are always popular... as well as people who have a huge grudge against the planet... what's up with that?! Anyway, it's an entertaining read, that's why they're hits with people... I'm not going to tread that path because I'm not that kind of person... although there would be times that I'll pour out my rage here...
One more thing I notice people like to put on their blogs... poems... I don't like poetry... In my life I've written only about 3 poems... They all suck!!! Im a writer (in my opinion), but a poet... Hahahaha... But poems are good entries... if you're lazy just write a poem... problem with that is, it can be easily plagiarized as you cannot put a patent (correct me if Im wrong about this) on your works of art... I can just copy paste these poems and tell people that I wrote it... which I won't do... ever... believe me... If one day you see a poem on my blog...

ENTRY 26: I WANT TO GO TO PRISON
I love this show!!! Honestly, I think this is one of the smartest written television shows out there right now... I finished the whole first season of this show last weekend... And all I can say is WOW!!! Brilliant...
So here's the story... Two brothers: Michael and Lincoln... Lincoln got framed and was sentenced to death by electric chair. Michael, believing that his older brother is telling the truth decides to save him by breaking him out of prison... How does he do that? He committed a crime to get himself in jail... The thing is, Michael's a genius... and he has a plan on how to get his brother out of there, even having the blue print of the entire prison tattoed on his body... Along the way, he meets inmates who could help him get out of there to the safety of Mexico... but not everything goes according to plan...
It's a pretty violent show... definitely not for kids... But I repeat, it's bloody brilliant!!! The season finale is a cliffhanger, and a damn good one too... will they escape or not? they're already out and on the run by the way... anyway, I can't wait for season 2 to start... Id like to know what happens to Linc's son, the President and basically everyone in that show...
Watching the show makes me want to go to prison... Too bad, jail here in the Philippines isn't as comfortable as the one on Fox River...

ENTRY 25: CONFESSIONS OF AN IMPULSE BUYER
I should never be left alone in a mall armed with a wallet and/or cash!!! NEVER!!! Last weekend, I was at Robinson's Galleria supposedly on my way home... but I fancied myself to pass by the department store to check out perfumes... Now if you've been reading my past entries, you know Im addicted to those little scented bottles of water... I didn't back out to the free sample the guy (I don't know what you call those people behind the counters) was giving out... Suffice it to say, I was cornered... he was giving me all those deals if I buy Armani Code black or Polo Black... who was I to turn down a good deal... So there goes my four thousand bucks... sigh...
This is the reason why I don't want to have a credit card (and I never seem to be qualified to have one)... I can't resist temptation... And temptation is everywhere... Like this month's issue of FHM (the 100 sexiest women of the world)... a new earring... Men's Health Magazine... and of course my weekly dose of comic book goodness...
Maybe my mom knew that I would have these kind of tendencies because she never lets me borrow money from her... she doesn't even trust me with it to pay for our bills... this is quite an eye-opener for me... I wasn't like this when I was a kid... no scratch that... I was an impulsive buyer even when I was young... I remember now that everytime I had money I'd always use it to buy me an Archie comic or a tow something... I'm never good with money... I've been working for three years now and I haven't saved a single centavo yet...
This is very disappointing...

ENTRY 24: VACATION
I work in a call center and we have a long weekend ahead of us... Of course US based outbound campaigns have a longer vacation, but still, it's not just a normal 2 day break... Anything that gets me rested for some time is always good for me...
My plan for the first few days is to finish the first season of Prison Break... and then since we finally have a kick ass sound system, I might just play with my PS2 again... Crimson Butterfly looks creepy played in the dark... hmmm... or silent hill... I've finished Resident Evil already, but I think it's scarier to play it with good audio... hmmm... what to do? what to do?
I'm taking this opportunity to write today because I won't have access online for 4 darn days... Ika nga nila... "wag sayangin ang pagkakataon" Im doing OT right now, so that I'll be paid better next payday...
